u can use 2015-11-04 client. i believe this client much more stable than 2015-10-29 client as for 2015-10-29, there are few unknown packet errors in this client.

U can have a copy of 2015 client from here.
    https://rathena.org/board/topic/104205-2015-client-support
The clients which got released to be easy understanding is not yet patched. That is why u will need nemo patcher to patch that client so that it can be use to login into the server u creates earlier.
Diff is nemo patches list. Before nemo exist, in order to prepare the client, we need to diff it.. by nowadays, just patch it using nemo patcher.. however the word 'diff' still stick until today as that is the process to prepare the client.
How to diff / patch the client using nemo patcher? U can go to nemo patcher topic. The person who develop the nemo patcher already provide the guide how to diff / patch the client.
And if u looking for older clients, u can visit this link.

*Added temporarly support for the 2017-03-29dRagexeRE
-This is for experimental testing and will not stay in the future.

*Added support for the AC_ACCEPT_LOGIN4 packet.
-March 2017 and newer clients require this since they no longer
    -support the legacy AC_ACCEPT_LOGIN packet.

I would like to refer to this issue

    Client date: 2015-05-13aRagexe
    Diffed with: NEMO Patcher
    The diffs I chose: Click

    I am using hercules

    Problem description

I've tried to enable the aura above Lvl99 and the Max Lvl I've adjusted is 150.

I have tried countless configurations with the client.conf and subsequent I've also tried it with a battle.c entry change.

This should be the right server side adjustment (conf/client.conf), that I've tried many times:
    max_lv: 99 aura_lv: 150
While diffing, I did not use the diff:
    CustomAuraLimits
    Reason

It always caused a client crash after the char selection.

    Questions

When I want to use the diff above, I have to make some changes (at the diff process) in the auraSpec.txt, right?

But how do I have to adjust the auraSpec.txt to make the aura appear?

Could somebody explain, how the auraSpec.txt has to be configured?

The regular auraSpec.txt looks like this:

    ############################################################################## # # Format # --------- # <jobid ranges>: # <level_l>-<level_h> => index, # # jobid ranges is a comma seperated list of id ranges and/or single ids. # ############################################################################# 0-30,4001-4052,4114-4119,4121-4126,4128,4130,4131,4133-4139,4141,4142,4144-4147,4149,4150,4152-4172,4181,4183-4196,4199,4200,4203,4204,4207,4210-4217: 99-255 => 1, 4053-4113,4120,4127,4129,4132,4133,4140,4143,4148,4151,4173-4180,4182,4197,4198,4201,4202,4205,4206,4208,4209: 99-149 => 1, 150-159 => 2, 160-255 => 3,

Some of you allready know it through facebook.
I've created some patches for 3CeAM in past. I want to share them here. Also I'll give you support for these patches in this topic.

If you're missing some features in 3CeAM you can also ask me to create a patch file for it.
However, I cannot guarantee for every requested feature to be implemented...

You can find all patches on my GitHub page: https://github.com/15peaces/3ceam-Patches/

Feel free to report all bugs you'll find. I'll try to fix them ASAP. ^^

It is likely your host has a change in their files that makes Hercules running as root work. This is not recommended. You're basically giving full control over your OS to 1 program that is of a client/server architecture.

Create another user and use this to run Hercules. I believe the command on CentOS is

    File Name: 2016-12-28aRagexeRE Client
    File Submitter: Rytech
    File Submitted: 27 Jan 2017
    File Category: Client Resources

    Release for the 2016-12-28aRagexeRE client.

Be sure to set your DATA.INI to read rdata.grf first and data.grf 2nd.

Click here to download this file

After seeing the success of the unpacking of the last 2 clients I felt its time to finally get a new one out. A very new one to help drive things in motion again. So here's a late xmas president to everyone. Packet lengths, shuffles, and encryption keys are provided in the text file.

Big thanks to Nova for helping with the testing of the client and the connection fixes and giving me the motivation to make this possible.

    1. Due to a big change in how regular client are being packed by Gravity, its not possible to do a stable unpacking of them. Only RE clients can be done without issues. So please don't ask for regular ones.

    2. Because RE clients are sakray test clients, im only doing releases that I feel are stable and will only make them as needed. So maybe one or 2 clients will be released a year.

    3. As with all newly released clients itl take time to get them fully supported. This is a very new client and will have some issues at the start. Its stable but do expect some things to not work right away. DO NOT PM ME OR ANY OTHER DEV'S ON HOW TO GET IT TO WORK!!!! Your PM's will be ignored.

    4. Currently as of this time, the client will not work with Hercules or rAthena even if you add the shuffles and encryption keys. Ive tested and gotten this to work on 3CeAM and a friend's test server that uses rAthena with a small fix. ill provide info on how to fix this. You can apply it yourself or wait for dev's to add it.

Other Info: Here's what to expect so far....

    Nemo
Msgstringtable.txt and exe's english translation patches do not work. Its not possible to extract the latest msgstringtable ether. Also got word that the hair style patch also fails. Don't know what else fails but do expect a number of patches to not work or cause issues. If you find any other patches that fails, report them in the Nemo Patcher topic.

    Hercules / rAthena
The client's login and character select will function. But after selecting a character, the client will sit for a moment and then time out. This is because Gravity is no longer using the ZC_ACCEPT_ENTER3 packet and went back to using the older ZC_ACCEPT_ENTER2. So you have to edit the source to have it use the 2nd version of ACCEPT_ENTER or else the timeout issue will happen. Im not going into tech details on how to apply the change. Thats for you to do or just wait for someone to do it.

    Client
Be sure to have your client's data.grf and rdata.grf patched to 2016-12-28 or newer to support the client. Being behind this date could result in client file errors and/or crashes. Do I even need to say this?

If anyone has any questions, ask here. Again, DO NOT PM ME OR OTHER DEV'S FOR HELP!!!!! ASK HERE FOR HELP AND INFO!!!!!

Mikegyver reacted to Rytech in April 2016 - Rebellion Development And Other Plans
Hey everyone. Many of have been waitting for support for the Rebellion and Summoner jobs to be worked on more the past months and things were going well. A number of skills for Rebels have been added and bugs with other things have been fixed to make things more stable.

But due to some info that came out recently ive decided to change my plans around. According to the info, gravity has decided to redo most (if not all) of the Rebel job....I shit you not. Check the link below....

    http://ro.gnjoy.com/news/devnote/View.asp?category=1&seq=2956632&curpage=1

Sending this through google translate on Korean --> Japanese --> English....

....yea. Just a big WTF. So their reworking the job in and out. Expanding their max base/job levels to 175/60 (Kagerou/Oboro also getting this level cap increase), redoing the entire skill tree, changing how some of their skills work, even changing how some of the Gunslinger skills work, rumor that some rebel skills will be combined, able to shoot sphere type bullets with all guns (Imagines shooting gernades out of a revolver), just many things. The update will come out in May on both kRO and jRO.

All of that killed my mood on the Rebel development. Like WTF really? I FINALLY start on development for them after gathering scraps of info for somewhere over 2 years and now this data is useless? *sigh*

Summoners are also getting some work as well. The Sea branch of skills just got a bunch of update this week and more is likely to come due to the 2nd wave of skills their going to add to them in the future which is also making me not want to develop any of their skills. Why work on something knowing ill have to redo it?

I just might do some more random updates like I usually do. Things tend to work out best when I don't focus on one thing. Heck maybe I should just loosely code in the above skills. Loosely as in make the basic functions and important restrictions work. Like add Hammer of God to only work on Crimson Marked targets and fail to cast on non marked instead of adding the complex random ground targeting when using on non marked targets.

I still have a lot of things in my "Things To Do" list. What are you looking forward to? Any new skills? Features? Bug fixes? Blah blah blah?
