Re-download char-server.conf and re-edited the settings. Suddenly it started working. & yes my IP was there beforehand. Idk what the issue was, but I got it working in the end and I suppose that's all that matters.

So I join the server. I can choose server. I can make my character. But when I go to actually log into the character my game stalls and shows this then I go to log in again and it says the character is already connected.
