The "Battleground" and the "Navigation" buttons are somehow useless for our clients, so i'm going to show you how to remove them from the client, keep in mind that this Technic is a little hackish as it consist in changing the HEX value, misleading the image information for those buttons. Needed: [*]HxD ( Or some other HEX editor ) [*]Your patched client ( Tested on 08.07a ) Search and replace the following Hex values to hide the buttons: Navigation: Search: [cbox]5C 62 74 6E 5F 4E 61 76 69 67 61 74 69 6F 6E[/cbox] Replace [cbox]5F 62 74 6E 5F 4E 61 76 69 67 61 74 69 6F 6E[/cbox] Battleground: Search: [cbox]5C 62 74 6E 5F 62 61 74 74 6C 65 5F 66 69 65 6C 64[/cbox] Replace [cbox]5F 62 74 6E 5F 62 61 74 74 6C 65 5F 66 69 65 6C 64[/cbox] Replacing the first 5C for a 5F is what i'm doing. What it does? It changes the image path, so the client do not reach and load the buttons. Hello! I'm a bit confused about some things regarding the client-side of ragnarok emulators. So, 1 - Why are people using 2013 clients? 2 - Is there any updated client (2014+)? 3 - How can I use 2014 clients? Are there diffpatchers for them? 4 - In case there is no diffpatcher for 2014 clients, how can I adapt the 2013 diffpatchers to work with 2014 clients? 5 - Are the clients released by K3dt and other members the same as the kRO ragexe? Do they actually copy them and rename to the update date they correspond to release them to the community, or is there any kind of "modification" these ragexe receive so they become the date-ragexe.exe? Hello. I found a problem in my client. When I open the client and later was closed the game, the process in task manager isn't ending. If I open more than one client, all processes remain always open. This is also occurring with Loki Launcher.exe. Any idea how to solve the problem?

hello guys i have a vps on asura hosting and one of my friends suggested we should switch to hercules i was running rathena. so we deleted rathena files in my vps and loaded hercules and i think the svn is hercules4321 whatever that means and well my friend set it up to be online and it is running online with my vps host BUT the problem oi am having is this. i have no client to get in game and hes been away for a few days can somone tell me how do i make a client to get in game ? and also i would like to know if my npc's i have downloaded from rathena will work on hercules? thanks ill be checking this post all day to see your replies thanks

Hi, I was looking by a way to do this but i wasn't able to find anything about it. This is what i'm trying to do. For exemple: I have two servers one is sub-server from another, Server A and Server B. Server A is a server which is a renewal server and Server B is a old-times server. The problem is that the cities of Payon and Morocc were changed and I wanna make just um patch of the game. Is any possible way to make a server recognize a grf during the loading operation? If Server A load aServer.grf else load bServer.grf. Thanks for the attention e sorry about the bad english.

Hello i'm newbie here, and i'm just stucked making client i used 2013-08-07aRagexe.xdiff to diffpatch 2013-08-07aRagexe.exe by using xDiffPatcher. but it doesn't work with R.O.Lex in my computer here it is just refreshing setup.exe over and over again T.T how can i fix it? sorry for poor english, waiting your answer ah, one more where can i get stable versions? i've downloaded a hercules file using SVN, i want to know if it is included or not

In case eAthena r15263 will be merged and the community has use for it, there's an excess add-on code, that has not and will not be committed to eAthena, due to it's nature of being a custom. The patch allows to optionally reject completely transparent emblems as part of the emblem validation code. Transparent emblems are typically abused during WoE times to draw less attention in castles and were/are considered against the rules on some official and private RO servers. Commented lines are an alternative approach for same effect, and may be removed. patch
