3ceam info

Hi guys, since hercules support 3ceam now may i ask question what is the system requirement of 3ceam?
I mean the minimum ram? like that. thnx

we do not support 3Ceam but only host them boards.

please keep questions about 3ceam in them own area.

he's on the correct area, I guess...

 

as for ram requirement, it's ~270MB for login/char/map SQL (no players online)

It varys depending on the compile and OS you run it on mainly.Running it in windows with a Win32 compile uses around what 15peaces said. The map alone uses around 232 MB with no players. I hear it uses a lot less memory on linux OS's. 3CeAM does use more memory then Herc since it doesn't have the memory optimizations like what Ind did for Hercules.

 i installed 3ceam on linux ubuntu server. it used same amount of ram like 15peaces said, around 270MB. but, sometimes it raised to 290MB (no player online). if u planning to setup 3ceam on VPS, single core 1GHz processor with 512MB available memory is enough to run the server..
