1st, I have try 5k inodes limit,

then I upgrade to 25k inodes limit, but still full.

Weird this happen. And the bad thing is, I ask them to open the port 6900,5121 and 6121 they open it,

then tomorrow they closed back, the hoster said, the cpu increase so much after open the port. What the heck..

Do you have any suggestion a good webhoster ?

This mean you have created 25002 files.

For web hostings this is most time some temp files like php sessions.

Clean all temp directories

Use shell access or web interface for this

Do you have any idea why your site can use around 25002 files?

Check if the problem is amount of uncleared PHP sessions:
Try deleting all files named "sess_<something>" in "/var/lib/php5" or "/var/lib/php/session".

Weird thing happen.. I moved my website into a folder. Such as herc.ws then it will redirect to herc.ws/board

Then the inodes reduce so much. From 25002 to 12994. Erkkkkkkkkkkkkkk !!  <_<  Weird, weird, weird.

Is that a different if web in folder or web directly. I dont know how to said.

It's hard to say. I can't understand the architecture behind your hosting ~_~ sorry

Maybe their inodes counter is broken (it couldn't show 25002 and allow to write more files), maybe folder outside of root is another partition (doubtful), strange anyway
