Capping Perfect Dodge Altogether

I am wondering how to edit the TOTAL perfect dodge a player can obtain. 

This is not just limited to Luk. 

I would like to Capped at 30 points.

this is the cheaty way of doing it, add these two lines in your status.c and compile

I'm pretty sure that'll cap your perfect dodge to 3.

Instead, try changing the all the return statements to this

return (short)cap_value(flee2,10,300);
