how to add modify @go commands in hercules.

whenever i try to put commands it show there non-existent permission name

i really cant understand how to add player commands. can you please explain it to me or is there ia video so i can see how to add player commands!

where i can see the packet_db in hercules

can you please provide me un updated client for hercules and the date version im only new on hercules so i dont have enough idea. thanks much!
