I have tried looking for an answer to this but have been wholly unsuccessful. For this specific server build, how do you properly change the exp rates and max levels? I found a guide on how to do it, and followed that guide, but get the following errors on my map-server:

[Error]: status_read_job_db: Unknown Base Exp Group 'Novice' provided for entry 'Novice'

I am running on a Renewal build, and until I changed the max level, everything worked just fine. Even the exp rates seemed to be doing okay.
I have attached my two relevant .conf files for your convenience. Please help, I don't know what I did wrong!
EDIT: Also, how do I give players the ability to use @commands like @go, @warp, etc.?
EDIT2: I found the issue. There were tabs in the EXP table that were causing it to error out.
