make a virtual VPS so you can use that putty... Use Virtual Box install Centos 7 or Debian 10... -
If you are using windows. it is better to use Virtual Box... ^_^

it gives you an error or its just freeze then disconnect? if that so you didn't change the settings in mmo.h in SRC, change it according to your ragexe

that version of the patcher is a bug. I use much older than that and its working 100% Your configuration is correct. Version 2.5.4.18
