Fresh client compiling errors

Question

I'm trying to set up a fresh hercules server on my home server.

I have the server-side stuff working correctly and running successfully, however i am having so many problems patching my own .exe and it is starting to drive me insane.

I think i'm nearing the end of my issues, but i have the following errors each time i try and launch my patched client.

A google, or forum search yields very little results.

I'm not sure if it's relevant, but the patchers prompt me for a 'Translation_EN.yml' file that i don't have (or even know where to get from)

you should use correct external settings file

if you used translation project, in wiki should be manual how and what files to use.

Sorry, but this doesn't help.

This is the guide i followed:

I'm using Zack's translation package, and have copied all the files to the RO data folder. The .exe is told to use the data folder first.

How can i find the 'correct external settings file'

Please provide links with your replies, i literally cannot find anything to help
