Lately we've been having problems with the Professor's Soul Change not being able to target human players at all (does seem to work on monsters normally), and the Star Gladiators' Demon of the Sun, Moon and Stars not activating, even after hitting Job 50. Could the latter be due to the raised Job lvl limit (50->70) on the server or something?
