Nopvp In Const

I'm not 100% if this is an error or not, but in the Scripting Documentation under setmapflag command it mentions in the examples of a nopvp mapflag, and when I used it, it didn't remove pvp on the map, and when i checked my const in the list, it was on that list at all, so i'm guess it doesn't exist, but I've also noticed with this version, that the server has problems reading mapflags in general, such as nopvp.txt and fog.txt it also didn't allow me to add my own night to towns, I've worked around this, by using the setmapflag command on a PCloginEvent.
