so this is an old bug, but maybe somebody wants to fix it. if you try to kick somebody from a chat, the check wether you are allowed or not to do this is only done by the client. by using a packet crafting tool to bypass this restriction, you can walk around and close every chat you see. is it possible to make the server check if somebody is allowed to kick people?
