As many topics have been made about this, its not completely the same was the problem we are having on ForsakenRO.
When you get to Thana_boss and go to insert the fragments, it will say that the crest gives heat, not allowing you to insert your fragments.
I have tried each platform and each says the same thing. So you cannot insert your fragments to summon Thanatos Phantom.
