Upon starting and/or stopping the servers, using the given svn and the operating system, ping times as well as bandwidth allocation goes to null unless your network connection is reset because the servers when stopped and ended are still using bandwidth and memory even though the programs are closed. I would post screenshots but I didnt not have even the availabilty to ping from the server machine because of the severity of it. Using another machine on the network I record ping times as high as 2500ms to google.com, when my average is 30~50ms.
