Users are reporting that whenever they use a Fly Wing or Teleport skill on a map, the Client stops showing stat bonuses (+ X) and it also may affect HP/SP regeneration when you're overweight.
It seems a refreshing problem, as if the server didn't send all the packets, because when they relogin, stat bonuses are being shown again.
I thought it was a Client-side problem, but I tested with two diferent versions and the problem appears in both of them.
