Assassins and Assassin Crosses don't receive the "Letter of Recommendation" required to continue the quest from the NPC "Miya".
The script file is "/npc/quests/quests_morocc.txt"
Add "getitem 7416,1;" on line 1585 below "set mao_request,1;" to fix.
