This is a well known bug about eathena, that in many occasions client shows the sprite elsewhere than the monster actualy is, making the playing experience worse. What i wanted to tell here is that i think i found a clue why this happens. Few weeks ago i posted a ranting post about fire pillar that it does not have the 0.2sec per hit walk block, and also that firepillar like many other skills causes severe spritelag. After the fix of that walk block the sprite lag with fire pillar completely disappeared. I was quite amazed how nicely now the mobs are where they are showed. Which lead me to an clue that the sprite lag is caused because of the incorrect walking stop times by various skills/attacks. So maybe u should do further investigation about this matter. Maybe my assumptions are wrong but still worth trying.
