Recently, we noticed no Bio3 MVP is spawning (lhz_dun03).
I used @mobsearch 1646 - 1651 to confirm it.

The problem might be related to this bug: Initnpctimer Problem
or maybe one of the recent changes in the mob spawning system caused it, since
the Bio3 mvps are spawned by an event npc instead of the permanent monster script command.
