I am into the game. I go out to the character select, and sometimes I get a connection error. Then I re-login, but the character select menu doesn't appear, saying to me that the server recognize my last login, and to try it in a few minutes.
I wait some seconds, but it doesn't run until it pasts some minutes (tired of waiting, I wait 20 minutes for login correctly).
Is this necessary? I say, if a person is trying to enter, but the char-server recognize that I'm just playing, is not better disconnect that 'ghost connection' and let me to enter? Or it's another thing?

Edit: An hour, and I cannot enter with my account, but I can enter with another one... :S.
