The Sign quest has some little bugs which need fixing.
1.)
Normally, you first should get this item:
http://ro.truesource.info/search/item/7314It is the nonequippale version of the sign.You need to talk with Metz, and then with Engel. Engel finnishes his work and turns The Sign into the equippable version of it:
http://ro.truesource.info/search/item/2644http://ro.truesource.info/search/item/7314This item isn't used in the whole quest.
2.)
If you choose Part B (Talk directly with Serin and not with Kirenka) and win, you still have Serins Gold Ring in your inventory.
The problem is: Itemid 1642 has weight, can't be traded, sold, or put into storage, nor exchanged into 1643. So you are unable to rebirth your char if you finnished Part B of The Sign quest as a nonrebirth char.
3.)
Kirenka removes the spellbook from your inventory before you can ask her to help the lil girl. You can't get the spellbook again, and Kirenka won't talk to you again. You should set a var for this to checkif Kirenka received the book, else you are unable to continue the quest.
