I was using 11850 and I upgraded it into 12431 yesterday. A player told me that he couldn't kick any of his guild members(WOE was off). And yes, I couldn't either. I'm not sure whether it has something to do with the upgrade or it is just a bug... Or, is there any changes or limitation with guild system?
