The bug can be reproduced doing this:
Player1 send duel invitation to Player2.
Player2 dont accept duel (no reject the duel too).
Player1 send duel invitation to Player3 (still are pending the other invitation to Player2).
Player3 accepts the invitation and the duel begins.
Player3 kills Player1 in the duel (the duel should be finished).
Player2 accept the duel (that was sended by Player1) and can kill to Player3.
