There is a 'ladmin' tool in /tools. It is a perl script that was once most likely the equivalent of the C ladmin that's in /src.
My issue is that this script has not been maintained since it has been imported to the svn repository and since there were multiple changes to packet structure, savefile layout and such, I am fairly certain that it won't work with the latest eathena login server.
Is anyone planning on maintaining it? If not, it's a dead-weight, like some other stuff...
