Is Kiel Cards Really Not Working On New SVNs? Coz The Last SVN I Used Is 11426 And It Really Reduces The After Cast Skill Delay Of All Skills Unlike On New SVN (Currently Im Using 12577) Which No Effect @ All! (I Have Same Settings @ battle/skill.conf) Casting Rate @ 30|Delay Rate @ 100 But Still You Cant Spam Skills Even If You Have 4-5 Kiel Cards Compounded On [4] Headgear & [1] Mid Is There A Fix For This
