This is more likely a support topic...
The problem is that some time ago after an update the quest kiel messed up. For some reason when someone is doing the quest, exactly when he's trying to enter the room where you have to fight a 'false' Kiel, the server crash.
This started happening some months ago. And there hadn't been modifications in the quest script as far as I know. What could be the problem?
Edit: I'm no completely sure, but this seems to be the error message:
