Only a single character can open guild storage at once.
However, when running a multi-map-server eAthena, nothing prevents players on the different map-servers to can gain "double" access to the guild storage.
Therefore, item dupe avaliable through double-withdraw.

Until it's fixed, make sure that all NPCs that give access to guild storages are located on the same map-server. By default, only Castle Kafras have this feature, so just make sure all castle maps are on the same map-server.
