Both Gazeti and Kasa Cards should cast the skill at 5% rate. Currently those cast it at only 1% chance.
Kasa Card description:
QUOTE
Add a 5% chance of autocast Level 5 Fire Bolt on the enemy when attacking.
Add a 5% chance of autocast Level 5 Fire Ball on the enemy when attacking.
and the script:
