Bugs In A Poem Of Bragi Skill

Probably they are bugs in functioning of „A Poem of Bragi” skill.

1st: when clown has a link from SL, played A poem of Bragi and turn it off then he can cast two Arrow Vulcans after self and after them is delay. The rule of it: AV,AV, delay, AV,AV, delay... For a good player is easy to practice it very well and allow him to spam this skill. Easier is when we turn off effects.

This trick works with a Sonic Blow of assassin. When assassain have a bragi then he can spam SB as the same rule like a AV: SB,SB, delay,SB,SB, delay...

2nd: when bard puts a bragi on another bragi of second bard then one or both bards takes a damage.

I want to ask, is that normal behaviour of a game or bugs?
