While testing on AEGIS (11.2), eA's Basilica implemenation appeared to be totally messed up.
- It's impossible to cast
any skill while being inside a basilica (@eA only attack skills were blocked)
- It's impossible to cast Basilica when there are objects within the skill range (completly missing)
- It's impossible to cast any skill on players being inside a basilica. Though this point was working, party skills still took effect
