"full Buster" Not Working Anymore

The gunslinger skill "Full buster" is not working anymore, or requires something which hasnt been descripted in the regular Ragnarok skill description.
We have tested this skill with several shotgun types like "black rose", but it keeps saying "the skill cannot be used with this weapon".
