If I use @killmonster on the map where Lord of the Dead or some mvps that spawned by mob_once_spawn function, it'll never get respawned.
Because the "OnMObDead" event will only be trigged with a player attached.
This problems caused by following 3 actions:
@killmonster
killmonsterall
capture pet
I think the first 2 is not that important to be fix, 'cause we can avoid it. But the last is a little bit more important, 'cause it prevent us from capturing such event mvps.
