So... this is what happens when you try to create a new character when your client is using the free-form stats polygon mod.

This only happens if you are using a client with a stats polygon patch
And as you might know by now, clients (9-04+) supports this new patch, just it isn't accepted by the server itself. I am sure that theres nothing about this in the current updates, since i searched in the changelogs.
