Right well I'm using both an old version of x-ray 10-17b and the new release of X-ray 5-28, so I have both the old skill tree and the new skill tree; however, anytime I equip any weapon/item/custom that uses the item_bonus "skill n,i;" I do not get the skill in my skill list.

Side Notes:
We tried on our modified sources, on a clean unmodified source, and I had a friend try their source as well. All three instances the same result.
