All ItemGroups (official items) indexed from 40 and beyond are not being cached;
MAX_ITEMGROUP is defined as 47 in itemdb.h
Server as been recompiled and reloaded several times.
No syntaxing errors available in const.txt and item_misc.txt
Items spawned from (40=>) IG_ based scripts result in 'unknown items' (Currently set to 'Apple.').
