I have noticed this when I have ran into the 'Busy Boy' at East Prontera which is an area triggered npc, I noticed that my character have kept walking for another few steps after I walked into the trigger area and the npc chat box has already showed up. I dunno if this is what it's suppose to be like on kRO but it looks like a bug to me.
