I reloaded my accounts in Malaysian RO ( Official Server ) to test Gypsy's Forget Me Not as currently in eA it is rather overpowered being able to totally shut out both Sniper and Whitesmith by just standing there. The following are my findings and thus this bug report :-

Case 1 - FMN vs Sniper Buff

Sniper buffed with Wind Walk, True Sight, Attention Concentrate, note the ASPD

Sniper moves into FMN, none of the 3 buffs are removed, ASPD drops quite a lot.

Conclusion: FMN does not remove Wind Walk, True Sight and Attention Concentrate from Snipers, it does reduce ASPD and movement speed. Currently eA removes all of the above.

Case 2 - FMN vs Whitesmith Buff

Whitesmith buffed with Adrenaline Rush and Cart Boost. (the Agi Up icon is from Blood Axe)

Upon entering FMN, Adrenaline Rush is lost, Cart Boost is not removed.

You can immediately re-cast Adrenaline Rush while inside FMN and it will not be removed until 15s later upon entering the FMN. This leads to suggest everytime we enter the song, each check is only done every 15s and only if the user remains in the area of FMN.

The result after using Adrenaline Rush in FMN (notice the ASPD is still lower than initial but higher than after moving into FMN, proving that adrenaline does have effect)

Conclusion : FMN removes Adrenaline Rush but not Cart Boost, the removal is only done upon entry to the skill and it isnt checked again until 15s later. Currently in eA FMN removes both Adrenaline and Cart Boost, as well as prevents the user from recasting the skills for a whole 15s regardless on whether the user is still in FMN or not. Effectively this allows a Gypsy to nullify a Cart-Termination Whitesmith for the entire duration she is alive + another 15 seconds in addition after she is gone.

Case 3 - FMN vs Priest Buffs

Priest with Blessing and Agi Up

Similar to the Case 2, Agi Up can be recasted immediately within the area of effect, and does not get removed until 15 seconds since entering the area has passed.

Conclusion: FMN removes Agi Up buff, but does not prevent it from being recasted within or outside the area immediately. Currently in eA you cannot use Agi Up on yourself the entire duration within the area + 15 seconds after leaving it.

My apologies for the lengthy post and images, but I believe its the best way to show the current incorrect implementation of the skill that is currently killing Snipers and Whitesmiths en-mass just by standing there. =/
