The Hunter Job Quest have a few error related to the Waiting Room events. Some of the issues that i found:
1) When somebody "Resign" in the Guide#hnt NPC will re-enable the NPC. This its not necesary, and can bug the test.
2) Sometimes calls the funcions donpcevent "Manager#hnt::OnReset" after the donpcevent "Waiting Room#hnt::OnStart" This its a mistake cause bug the quest. The "Manager#hnt::OnReset" should be called first and then the "Waiting Room#hnt::OnStart".
