The Bright Arbor/Mingting flag makes the owners spawn at payg_cas01,212,108 which is on the "outside" part of the castle map, and also the coordinates of an inside flag. This was introduced in r12691, with a bugfix regarding spawn coordinates.
As far as I know, it should be payg_cas01,87,29
