Whwn a vending player gets killed, 2 bad things happen
1. shop closes,
2. client doesn't get notification that shop closed and keeps the 'my shop' window open,
3. if the char is autotrading, it doesn't get logged out.
I'm not sure about 1) yet but 2) and 3) is definitely wrong.
