Bard Unable To Equip New Bows (esp11.3)

I was looking up on some of the new Bows from Episode 11.3, it appears that bards are not able to use them on eAthena.
On iRO (not sure how it is on kRO), Bards could equip Burning Bow, Frozen Bow, Earth Bow, Gust Bow and Orc Hunter Bow,
