When I ran configure and make sql for the newest revision I got an error saying that pcre.h didn't exist and it stopped.
When I reran configure with --without-pcre it worked, so either it incorrectly assumes pcre no matter if you have it or not, or pcre.h is missing, not being created properly.
The latter may be the more likely case as another member on the board had the same problem.
