I've noticed it previous to 11405, but I don't have the EXACT number where I first noticed this started appearing.
However, under any and all circumstances, using TK_MISSION, even as a TK, automatically -fails-
It -never- selects a target and instead, just continues to fail over and over. At the EXACT same time that this started happening, I noticed a weird kink with @mi

When using @MI, I can no longer search for a mob by that mob's name. It's ID will return the information about the mob, but it's name, and all name type entries for the mob in the database, do not work, they simply return "Invalid mob ID."

Both of these bugs have been present after completely wiping all my server side files (Databases + DB/Confs/etc) then redownloading them, recompiling, and retrying. Both of these bugs are also present both when using sql mob and item db's, and when using TXT item and mob db's.
