I just tested a card that allows the use of Level 3 Improve Concentration after I changed my job to High Priest and set my level to 80.
I used @skillall and equipped the card (Skeleton Prisoner equipped into an Ancient Glove to provide the skill) and it didn't work.
I then used @jlevel -5 and it then appeared on the skill tree, then I used @jlevel 5 and it was still there and then functioned properly.
Now it seems to function correctly, but i'm worried that if my players level to the maximum job level and try using the card it won't grant them the skill.

(Sidenote: I don't know if I can recreate the bug, all I know is I couldn't obtain the skill no-matter until I reduced my job level by 5, then re-increased it)
