jRO players tested it, so now we have finally accurate info on it. It's actually like RO Monthly once said.
NPC_POWERUP
Duration: 10s + 5s * level
Effect: 3x ATK, 2x HIT on all levels
NPC_AGIUP
Duration: 10s + 5s * level
Effect: 2x MOVE, 2x FLEE on all levels
I'll fixup the duration right away, but the code still needs to be fixed (right now the power depends on skill level).
