Accordling to Skotlex, Gravity coded it and there's no way to change the scripts and take that god damn delay off.
Accordling to this video made by me in a Aegis server (Ragnarok Royale) some months ago, there's no delay in the scripts.

So, is the script in eAthena really the same as Gravity/Aegis scripts?
This target delay is really annoying and ruins the gameplay, I lost the count how many enemys escaped because of this delay, and mainly when you gotta FSK an Frenzied LK and Parry block most of your attacks. You just can't spam and dies to 190aspd strong hits. Or when you pass by an hidden enemy with your Champ/Monk runwatching and you gotta asura him fast, before he hiddes again...with delay? Hard...
