item ID typos in quests

Found some typos after the headgear quests update (13163)

They are mostly item ID typos:
- Gold = 969
Oridecon = 984
Iron = 998
Feather = 949
Poison Spore = 7033
- There are 2 countitem checks, but the second one is a little weird. (line 153)
Either take out the second check, or move the getitem inside the {}.
