dispell doesnt seem to work wid monsters anymore.
I first noticed it when i tried to dispel randgris's assumptio/power-up, i see the dispel animation with no "skill failed" but the magical buff remains. I went ahead and tried it on a non-boss monster orc lady, results the same.
