Noticed this just tonight but apparently when monsters like valkyrie rangris level past 99 theres a problem with them having AGI UP because there AGI skill level gets so high that they get stuck and freeze in place and won't attack unless you move too close to physical range or hit them. I would think that there should be a limit for max AGI level for mobs to prevent them from freezing and having that problem.
