If a player earns NV_TRICKDEAD as a Novice, and then later resets when they're another class, they can use the skill again as long as they don't max out NV_BASIC. This is because the way eAthena normalizes skill trees. I simply added a check to make sure they're a Novice or High Novice for that skill.
